It seemed like you're the only employee working there, I would have loved to interact more with other employees, timely review which they promised but never delivered and therefore no appraisal! Sometimes their rigidity in the model lets the shadow teacher being a sandwich between school professionals and seniors at the little pods, which puts the child in question at loss.

Smooth process with professional documentation. Good training and hand-holding. They also have a different approach depending on client needs, so they do give good exposure. Work culture is casual.

I am having a great experience, and I am looking forward to work in full swing post lockdown. We had such a good training to move our sessions to online mode. I am a happy satisfied professional.

As a Shadow teacher when I started after my MA, I had to deal with one child having special needs. Team gave me details and guidelines. Eventually, I was given home sessions for Behaviour therapy. As the team analysed my strengths, soon I was promoted.
