1. Work environment is not at all good lot of politics take place there's no mental peace. 2. Senior dietician always push her dietician to give supplements to all the patients, irrespective of the food intake it's more like promoting brand rather than patient care. 3. Old book practices take place nothing new to learn or allowed topractice ( no new researches are applied or reviewed). 4. Calories and proteins are not calculated for ICU patient on NG/NJ feeds, only supplement is written with scoop size. 5. No salary increment and career growth....Read More

As it's my first job, I learned how to communicate with people around you, colleagues, patients,etc I learnt new thinks like how to handle situations during shortage of staff, or any complaints how to close the loop. Policies are good. Environment is good.

Dislikes

Sometimes during the workload due to some irritation we talk rudely with people around.
