Politics and lack of management's and staff's cordination, there is a bond of 2 years befotr which you cannot resign or you have to pay 2 months salary to them, there is no proper training for joinees for any process, you have to learn by your own, there are daily targets and pressure on counsellors, you have to create a walkin on daily basis from your reference. There is no appriciations for anything, total pressure and no learning, lots of meetings but no outcome, rude management, no professionalism. They don’t follow any professionalism, they give salary late to the employee, work hours are strict also no leave available. They do have leave policies and other facilities. The organisation system is very bad. So much loopholes in every department.

ummm, they will hire 0 team members and you will have to do all the work solo, hence you learn out the art of multi-tasking

Forget that you will get any appraisal, any incentive, Its almost 1 year and my last salary due is still pending, Sad HR team, employee changes faster than 1 season intake, a lot of politics included, no holidays, just work monday to sat, 9 - 6 with, 30 mins lunch break, NO PF, No Insurance, No employee benefit. Nothing to like- - Offer Revocation after confirming employee - Asking to Resign after being unsure - Avoiding calls and fail to face employee - Will make you resign then revoke offer letter

- No Integrity - No courtesy to speak the truth , they stop picking calls and ghost you - HR Neha leaves people jobless and ruins their careeer by asking them to resign and then giving random reasons for not selecting - No Honesty and Respect - Heartless people who leave people jobless in these times
