Dislikes

No job security at all. They can fire by giving you very ridiculous excuses. Recently, company has fired more than 80 employees without any reason. Appraisal policy is very poorly executed. They only prefer to give hike who are ready for buttering to manager. Always force to seat for mo re than the defined official timing....Read More

Work Details

I served this company for 4.6 years. They never appreciate for good job you have done so far. In fact, they can fire you anytime without having proper reason. They ask to seat for more than the defined official timing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
