Nepotism, Favoritism, Worst attitude of seniors towards their Juniors, Your seniors always take the credit of your hardship & work & get promotions & appraisal's, No job security, No appraisals & applauds even you work with high level of dedication for long time. J&K zone is the worst in this category. In J&K the company revolves around only 3 to 4 people who have made a group of themselves and all the promotion's, appraisals, job security is only meant for them. They have made such a system that everything revolves around them & only they are safe & secure & people associated with them like their relatives, brothers & sister's. After spending 8 years in this company & working on different profiles over this period & always working with dedication, my work was always overshadowed & made small by the insecure seniors just to make their own little stars shinning. Most high level insecure, jealous, unqualified seniors or so called managers work in J&K zone, how are they are surviving & striving is just because all those 4 top notch senior's are related to each other & they have made a small group or gang of themselves.
