Ahhhh, where do we start? Better to stay unemployed rather than work here. They expect you to reach at 9:30 am, that too in Bangalore traffic. If you don't, they will deduct half a day's salary every day. Join only if you can stay in the office overnight or can book an air taxi while tr aveling. Founders literally have no experience of being a leader. Just some young guys who got into IITs/IIMs(not sure how). They will constantly pressurize you and keep asking for updates every 30 minutes. With 9 hours per day of work plus 2 hours of sync meetings, you might have to join a 2-hour brainstorming session where founders can give you the worst idea one can ever listen to. There are 1001 rules and breaching any of them is non-negotiable. According to the founder, the world can hold itself if you are on an internal sync call at 9 p.m. (which will happen again the next day morning at 10 a.m.). IITs/IIMs should have taught them that the closing prices of markets are the opening prices the next day which means whatever updates you are giving them at the day's end will be the same updates you will give tomorrow at the day start. God bless this company! You might have to maintain 10001 trackers and keep a record of every minute spent there. You can't take a tea break because if you do, founders will directly call you to come back for something urgent. The world can hold itself for their worthless meetings but not for your mental peace tea breaks :) Dont want to waste more of your time and mine, if you even get an interview there, better not show up.
