I am writing this feedback with regards to the interview I had at their Belapur office. Let me describe step to step process of the interview 1. I applied online 2. HR screened my profile to check if my profile is relevant for the role and called me to discuss about the role 3. I gets shortlisted for next round of f2f interview with their Director . 4. I was interviewed by the Director and informed if shortlisted, I will have to come for another round in interview 5. HR called me to inform and I am shortlisted for another of f2f interview 6. I come for the interview and guess what the interviewer says at the end? He says your profile doesn't match our requirement hence we cannot proceed with your candidature. This kept me wondering which profile has HR shortlisted and their Director went through during first round of interview. They literally made me travelled on a working day where I had to take leave from current company to tell me that my profile is not relevant. A piece of advise to the hiring team. Don't think that employees are robots who doesn't feel anything. Be little considerate and there is a option called as Online interview which can be conducted till you are 100% sure that candidate is suitable for the role and then call them for f2f intwrviews...Read More
