Firstly, these franchise owners are really spooling the name of your brand . They hire employees illegally without any interview process. Let me take my example, I was hired for a technical role in which technical hand zone and theory knowledge they have to check them only they can hire me that’s a legal process which is followed byevery single beauty institute in India . So , my manager he just called me and asked me few questions after that he told me join as soon as possible I asked him what about the interview and technical round he said we will conduct it once you join us . He didn’t took any interview, he just wanted cheap labour, there were no products available for students , salary was never on time they just keep giving you dates . These big brand owners take so much money from innocent students, some of my students their fathers are auto drivers , even after taking fees in lakhs they don’t give you anything, they are just playing with students future. Lakme Academy Indiranagar is a franchise, and the owner of that academy is terrible not taken any safety measures to open the academy instead he has removed all the staffs from the academy and posted vacancies for trainers and other posts in online job searching website and it was very painful
