Here we use to give high priority to patients that gives much satisfaction while work....comparing to other hospitals our hospital is the best in assisting patients in a very polite way

Here employee concern is less .what ever patients do's even if it is not our mistake also our management makes us to say sorry to patients that's very embarrassing when saying sorry without doing any mistake

Appraisals are not good and their is no hike and bonus every year

The job is quite interesting.! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.l got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get as taste of different roles within the same team
