L&T is the company who will take all the challenges and proof their capabilities by delivering the technological products.

Dislikes

They are not treated their employees with respect. Even in corona peak they will not allow people to work from home and they forced us to be present in plant due to this many peoples were affected by corona. They will not bother about employees safety. Worst working culture. There is no decision making powers to the employees at all the levels. Career growth is questionable unless if you are aligned with Boss goals not for the company goal... At all Senior level people they will not all concentrate on the company goals... L&T need to remove all the senior levels by changing the youngsters to innovate new ideas. Review and Report Oriented Company... If freshers are choosing to work with L&T valves means it will be a very worst decision in their entire life going forward....Read More
