1. Strict timings. 2. Even if you are done for the day, you'll have to leave about half an hour late. 3. If you are a GET, they can give you any task (Because you are a GET and your role is not specific) 4. 90% chance that your role will be very different from your skillset. 5. Worst management. 6. Worst work culture. I have seen people shouting at each other quite often. 7. Minimal growth. 8. Worst work life balance if you are sent to field, 12 hrs work, 6 days a week, sometimes on Sundays too. 9. If you quit, be prepared to not get your last month salary, likely they will give it after 45 days of your last working day. 10. Joining L&T was the worst decision of my life. 11.
