One things only, they pay good salary and timely salary on every month on or before 6th.

Its just like a parliament, lots of lots of politics. Management is pathetic, they take employee feedback from there 3/4 spoons and your career depends on their feedback. No culture like an MNC, just using the name of a renowned multinational brand. No working documented policies. HR team is pathetic, they pass only negative feedback to the management. Hou can take sick leave if you are sick only, orelse pay it from your pocket. The managers their lack basic fundamental knowledge but they are surviving as they are boss ear fillers.
