There is nothing to like, if you don't have any job join here. Majority of staff is employed less than one year. There is no job security no working culture. Senior Management is involved in day to day activities in which there is no requirement of their involvement. Who is talking to whom why are you talking with other then your department.

They have no emotions. No medical ,no maternity leaves. They harras their employees. No job security. Any time you get fired. They ask you for resignation,they manipulate,they threaten you that if you will receive termination letter, who would hire you. Employe bechara kya kare, ghar sabko chalana hai. Resignation daal dete hain.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
