They are not supporting there employees in terms of any manner infact during covid 19 they have also not given salary to employees for past 7 months.

Dislikes

They dont have proper system of working and even they dont give importance to the employees needs and salary part. No concern about how employee will be suffering during covid 19 with out salary.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employer’s Response

The said employee was a lasy & lousy Finance & Accounts Manager. Totally unprofessional, Irresponsible & casual attitude. Late riser and had to be coaxed and cajoled to come to office. Regular absent from work stating personal reasons and active only on salary release days. Complete Accounts and Finance work for the year 2019-20 & 20-21 kept pending. Smart in misleading and misguiding the management. He and his subordinates pretended to work. Office equipments were used for personal activities then official work. During lockdown and unlock period, while working from home and office, it was repeatedly informed to him to complete the pending work, he would never deny but did not complete any work assignment. On hiring a qualified CA and his successor, he realized that he is going to be exposed and hence quit the services. His resignation was accepted immediately and we thank his current employer for hiring him and taking this baggage off our back.
