Politics at extent, one way communications, no job security, People indirectly force you to leave job, name sake pulse survey, full transparency of survey of top management people. if graded low , your name will caought with their network, starts revenge on a day onwards.

Fake women empowerment agendas, in real no women is satisfied working in company, gender imbalance due to poor work atmosphere, some higher management staff lives in 19th century and thinks hiring women will hamper the work, and some thinks since husband is working wife's job is not of much importance.
