There are no flexibility in terms of office time when we are in 2024, if you miss the timing by 1 minute then they cut the salary of half day. Old poor culture like a government office. And the main thing which I want to highlight is they don’t have Hr team they have cost cutting team like they are really interested in employees little amount, no ethical values in them I don’t know management is aware of this or not but the behaviour of Hr team is shameful. Wrong hiring DGM & AGM -Lack of skills - leadership role ,team building,Communication, transparency, negative mindset. -Everyday after office hours non productive meetings.(which can be done during office hours) -Harassing employees while have lunch.
