It was great and Challenging work.I have to complete my target.And focus on companies noms and regulations.Which is good for me.I have to do 25 Tc calls and 11pc calls.I have to do branding and product availability.I have to making a order distributors.

Company not provide basic facilities (e.g. safety shoes ..if you asked for safety department to provide safety shoes he said clearly no. One of the most worst canteen i never seen. Even not provided laptop mouse for the employee. No work life balance.

You can get a brand tag on cv but . Outsider from Maharashtra should not come . Self experience Some People are their with bad mind set. Always toucher you about bad word and village and family. And seniors are also not helpful

Best company for startup if u r able to argue with your senior then u r able to survive there at my time I don't know about future and it's also depend on senior behaviour. Best part well known company so u don't need to promote company. In market If you working for kokuyo Camlin you yourself feel the benefit.

Dislikes

Zoom meeting every weekend and sometime even on Sunday. No space for personal life. You have to attend zoom meeting either you are in family function. Month and you have to work on Sunday for achive target. there scheme for retailer is wast of time and for that you have to deal with retailers misbehaviour.
