Compensation is decent , but growth is poor (almost dead) Sometime i have work 10 - 12 hours in a day for completing client live project even continuously work till tomorrow morning but managers not have individuals value what i have done for company and they did not noticed in time of appraisals. we have do the job from project downloading to uploading to client. and also provide training to new staff. but senior take all credit front of managers. which is pain all time....Read More
