Hi,thank you for sharing your views. We believe in empowering our members and get them ready for future by taking decisions, hence all our leaders allow a freehand to work. Here at Khushi we have a strong system of managing performance and this one is definitely not gender biased. We all support and appreciate the work and efforts of all our teams especially the operations team since our final output is all dependent on our operations team, without which the work is incomplete. We have always made an equal effort to justify and revise their remuneration on timely basis. Also, other benefits are provided as per company norms. Hope you understand. We agree that working in a dynamic industry such as ours compel our teams to work at weekends especially Saturdays. We are work in progress and have moved from all Saturdays working to 2 Saturdays off and 2 working (1 is WFH and 1 WFO). Keep your unwavering faith in us, we are in process of changing this too soon.
