Yes I would like good work and environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming acarde for chilling. Company policies are good they provide good salaray hike and bonus ever year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was a formal training session. I learnt everything on the job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I like to do work in KHADI VILLAGE & INDUSTRIES COMMISSION. I seems its my Karma Bhumi. I learn more & more things in SAP (IFMS) , and all my executives, collogue support in my work also. but i am in Contractor base so salary is very less i cant manage my families expenses.

Dislikes

There is not for dislike but work- life balance less, everything is very fine but salary should be increase.

I am working in KHADI VILLAGE & INDUSTRIES COMMISSION as a Roll out & Support in IFMS (SAP Software) on contract base from 2021 1 yr passed. works on 3 zone as East, North east , West Zone of Khadi . Training, Job Security , Work environment is good .

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
