In your case, despite our efforts and the support extended during the PIP process, we were unable to see the improvement required for the role. As a result, we had to make the difficult decision to part ways, which is always a last resort for us. We truly wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Understandably, those who struggle to meet these performance standards may feel the pressure more acutely. KC Overseas Education has a well-established grievance mechanism for handling employee concerns constructively, so it’s disappointing to see such comments here. Posting grievances publicly without engaging in our internal processes reflects poorly and suggests motives beyond constructive feedback.
