Poor management, I wonder what their HR do because they don't have any process , and not even one person who takes the accountability of their work. THE stupid people sitting in HO Faridabad thinks themselves boss and behaves like one having duniya ka saara kaam and even with having zero knowledge . If management really wants to make this company and take it somewhere needs to hire effiecient people rather than working with Gadha's,....otherwise raam bharose hai company as it is showing in their mumbai office only 3 staff after 12 years of opening of branch....Read More

There is only one thing to like about KBS certification is that Saturday-Sundays are fixed off.

Dislikes

Everything except Saturday-Sundays Off. No SOP's, No KRA. No employees to handle the work. Only remaining employees have to work all the pending work of the other inabsence employees and company's management is very worst.

There is balance in professional and personal life. The work culture is good, and the team is really supportive.

Dislikes

The ability of decision making of the management can be improved. Else the working and the corporate environment is good.

Mumbai office culture was best to work!

I did not have bad experience as such!! For many it was horrible experience to work with KBS! Hire and fire very common! So be careful if u choose to join this company coming from an established company! Think 100times before switching over to KBS. U never know when u can go jobless!!
