It's a good company if you are looking for working in automobile aftermarket service, their is many things to learn as a service advisor, as a part of your training they provide top of the industry aftermarket service training by maruti Suzuki India.

Well its the employee was about ok but i must say the management is just sucks, i would like to share my personal experience ones i was as my senior manager that why we don't get overtime for attending 8 + 2 hour a day they just say go work with them who paid you overtime. Then he just said inappropriate words i couldn't even describe in review he said "kal thi na aavto" and then i go to the police station and called to news media and newspaper office they said just make a video and share we will show in todays news but i thought it will effect our company's image, so i just quiet and start working. But my senior manager take it seriously and he personally punished me and a random day i got whatsapp message its was sanded by vimal sir on behalf of Gautam desai sir. There was mentioned tht you have to go makarba workshop form tomorrow if you don't you'll get fired form job, at that time my financial health was poor my father was died and we was suffering from such wrost situation, they even don't think about that and then after i join makarba workshop at ahmedabad. They just mentally torture me and after couples of day i got an accident i got injured they still don't care they are just taking revenge of i ask the question. Becouse of so many tension mentally pressure i had epilepsy and it take 3 days to come in conscious situation it take all my home savings, my hospital bill was about 1.40 lakh of just week and I'm still taking medicine for that. Its not dislike i just hate the management system. Especially senior manager Gautam Desai he is the worst manager I've ever seen in my whole life.
