No job security they can remove you anytime without notification worst management.No value for employees and their life if you are close to management people then only you can survive in this company

Sir in previous post you said upper management is open to all but when I called my manager for re-hire, he said currently they don't have any vacancy. Now I don't trust you. Also you said few incidents which may not be true - just becoz of work pressure - why you are not trusting me. My problems was real. The number which you gave can reveal my profile I want to work again. I was lead but was working as coordinator this demotivated me. In my 4-5 months spam never got chance of attending any manager meet this proves no growth and no learning. My manager was always on field visit I learnt everything with my own....Read More

Company is good, Hr Rasika is nice. Appraisal policy is poor after working for almost one year they said you are not eligible, my manager don't know anything about work, he used to take long leaves and my managers manager Niloy deb didn't supported me, always kirti yashuda komal beautiful girls ko preference deta hai, Only chetan sir was good very good person.

Hitesh Sir aap acha insan nahi hai apka mputh se bad odour aata hai, kam bilkul nahi karta h hamesha leave leya h. Leaves k liye fight karna padta hai. Approve nahi karta hai. I will miss you my friends renuka ankita sneha ponam. Guys don't join Neloy Deb Sir team, favourite logo ko support karta hai.
