Actually taken for a ride wherein deserving employees are not recognised as there is red tapism and everyone is too eager to please which seems to be the accepted norm. I never had and dislikes from the company. The culture and ethics of the company towards its employees are good enough. And I was so blessed to have some amazing people as my superiors.

I was in quality control department, hence, carry forward of work to next day was not possible. Support from coworkers and superior manager was on the higher side.
