Organisation wise, KCCL is a good company.

Different cultures in different sites. Bad project incharge. Never listens to others. Behaves like owner of the company. Only thinks about himself. Humiliates to all the staffs. Nobody from the staffs will give good review about him for sure. Rude behaviour towards the employees.
