Dislikes

No on the job training. Rigid work. Heavy office politics. No raise and promotion. Low salary. No work life balance at all. 12 hour work time and no Holiday. HR dept. behave like boss and treat like Servant to every one. Buttering will get promotion and appraisal every time If you do not want to work come join: only you to do is buttering your senior.

This company is beneficial for those who are not interested to grow their carrier and not required anymore for switch to company, but one thing if you are a lady and looking good then it is the most suitable place for you. Only reference required to get the job but if you are the lucky one then got an interview.

Window dressing is everywhere in this organization nobody can know the originality if not experienced by self and totally proprietary business in nature but registered as public company. Highly political environment, difficult to identify originality, Incapable person (in terms of Quality & Qualification) in most powerful designation, Top level management's behavior is so unprofessional, don't know how to talk. Earlier one CA and CMA was recruited but not stay long bcz of work politics, culture and unprofessional behavior. No holiday list, if the proprietor wants to get leave then ok otherwise there is no leave even if on special occasions. Gender Biased is in its high level. This is my honest (what actually I feel) view if one think that I am wrong then go and experience yourself. HR Manager ( She will tell bad bad to MD and Through you out ) not good If you have good reference then you can work, HR and old Employees those are close to MD . Their reference can work . if you are well talent also that will not work this company ( Mainly 3 Lady employees doing very bad Politices )
