Good Colleagues in inter / intra departments, co-operative and mutual understanding amongst the staffs.

Dislikes

Bad pay-masters, Salaries delayed by 3 - 5 months for staffs and around 8-10 months for consultants, No Increments in last 3-4 year, Management wants perfect & complete work, strict regular timings of start - end of day can be late for work; but no reply on regular employee salaries, New employee paid nicely for first 6 months. Apply for Leave and sour faces of Management can be seen. New employees can be removed suddenly saying that not good at work....Read More

It is small thing but it plays key role in employees work that is work environment, located at apartment, it will be better to change commercial office. It is under process so no problem at all in future.
