The tech stack is really bad (haskell in the backend), and you get locked into this company because the skills that you learn here are rarely used in other companies. Work life balance depends on your team and position in the team. For the most part it is bad. Some people work even on weekends and holidays and if they are blocked on anything, they will expect you to work as well....Read More
