If you are collaborating with different teams then you have to attend calls in the late evening.

I work as recruitment lead so I have to collaborate with multiple teams for hiring needs and updates. We hire the purple squirrels so It's not easy task but it's super interesting.

I was taking care of Human resources @ jumio i have experience in both employee relations & recruitment in both teams the Sr. Manager's are trying hard but still VP kills there efforts.
