there is no job security in the employee level. there are no promotions for lower level workers like technicians. etc.........

I was working for TOYOTA in production department which involves manufacturing of car(INNOVA) i was working in chassis manufacturing bi CO2 welding and joining all the spare parts and producing a final product of chassis. and also i worked for body shop.

It's a very good company to work as a employee of Toyota Kirloskar Motor. Because they have the very good work culture for only the employees of Toyota. Having a good facility of canteen cab and women safety. Employees treat you in good manner. They support you in work.

As I worked as contract basis in Toyota, my payroll is Cadmaxx solutions Pvt Ltd. They don't have respect for contract employees. Security and Canteen people doesn't respect you properly. They'll treat you like person came to do work with no other options. They if you are contract employees or out sourced employee you don't have jobsecurity. They can remove whenever they want to. They need work on time but they don't even care about your career if you are contract employee. I lost my job due to my managers ego I still don't know what I have done wrong. I was work in Toyota 3 years but some personal issues during exam ,I can't able to pass exams, they're rejected for employment 😢😢 our team also helpless regarding the same.but my appraisal score is highest in the department.

People at Manager and DGM level are worst. Just sit and earn money. People working above and below this designation are only running the company.
