No job security, recently more than 50 employees fired without reason. No work life balance Zero carrier growth and no opportunity for improvements. Selective peoples are picked for growth and for all benefits.

Job Security but yes they will always ask you to leave pressure you to do extra.

For Sales and Marketing they don't have the resources to support you but demand sales like they are India's number one cement. For Sales guys work timings can be from 8am to 9 pm.

The Odisha management is very bad ,they are controlling employees promotion salary increament because they want's to resign employee from their job and want's enroll his relatives like employees. Its happening with many employees and the HR department didn't interfere with this.

Appraisal and promotions are not based on the skill and work There is a lock in period of 3 years for next level promotion it doesn't matter how well you worked and doesn't matter of you are a deserving person.
