Never join this organisation..no salary on time always 2 months late no funds they to run plant. Never pay supplier.work life hell typical Lala company no growth,poor leadership ,Lala Manegment,zero job security in a simple line never join better to work as a worker somewhere else

Salary period 2-3 months ,no bonus ,typical Lala company,no funds they to run plant , no money to purchase raw material, no money to pay employees, no money to pay vendor so over all they don’t have anything to pay you , canteen full of bacteria and cockroaches, better to not join try somewhere else don’t leave your organisation to join this shop type company.
