Am I on the right path? Seeking advice!
Hello everyone,
I’m currently working as a Junior UI/UX Designer with one year of experience at my company. Alongside UI/UX design, my organization is also training me in Angular (front-end) and Flutter (front-end) so that I can convert my UI/UX app and web designs into functional front-end code.
Right now, I earn ₹18K per month (₹14K in hand) and have a three-year bond, with a salary hike expected every year. My long-term goal is to reach a salary of ₹80K–₹90K per month after completing my bond.
To achieve this, I plan to:
✅ Deepen my UX design knowledge to transition into advanced UX roles.
✅ Complete the CAPM certification to build project management skills.
