Increment pending from last five years. There is a lack of transparency and organisational communication protocol. In few vertical program has become person centric etc.

Working in the society which is directly allied with Government always provide a great learning experience irrespective of its pros and cons. Starting with Job security if a person is putting efforts in meeting the demand of the team leader than his job in the organisation is fixed means kind of hire to retire.
