This company staff are very cooperating with each other and have good culture in maintaining EHS related issues.All departments have a smooth knowledge about doing their routine and non routine job.High response to EHS dept.

Some times other departments take something job safety related issues lightly unless top management enforcement on them.

My job profile is really very challenging and I like it very much.company top management also given prior to EHS dept.We have full authority to give advise if any safety or EHS bypass occurred.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
