It was nice working with Jayashree polymers Pune as HOD engineering. Learnt a lot in Rubber to metal bonded products design and development. Owner of company is a very nice person ,thoroughly technical ,so timely guidence was always given. God may bless him a good healthy life . But An employee named Romy as VP is anti talent ,Jiddi and very ghamandi type of person.
