For promotion you need internal influence/ or reference. For salary increment you need to show them like you are doing a lot of work and you need to be in their good books. As compared to corporate you will see very minimum increment in your salary each year it will be in the range of 5% on basic pay Chances of getting permanent is less and if by any chance there will be a scope for that but it will take a lot of time...Read More
