Terrible experience, Dictatorship, Violation of UGC rule, No faculty done PhD from Journalism and Mass Communication subjects. No mercy in Corona time. They called the faculty to join when govt imposed a nationwide lockdown and there was no transport facility at that time and if the faculty wouldn't join then they remove the faculty.

Salary depends upon your negotiation skills. At least the salary is paid by the organization as compared to other universities in Jaipur who are not able to pay for months to their employees. Also if you are from out-station, you can ask for free accommodation either on shared basis or individually based on your negotiation skills. Moreover, you will become senior not by putting in years of experience, but because your seniors will come and go and technically you will be old senior most faculty in the department. There is no job growth, no promotional scenarios. Salary is paid by the end of next month so they hold equivalent of two months salary. No PF benefits, no maternity leave, one does not even get his appointment letter at the time of joining and you will have to really fight for getting an experience certificate at the time of relieving. They do not provide you salary slips. No transparency at all. Above all very poor work culture, too much departmental politics. They are flouting rules of accreditation body whether its UGC, MCI, BCI, AICTE, NAAC. No humanity in management. Just one person rule everybody else is just a slave.
