You never get the freedom to work comfortably, rude behavior of director who keeps on jumping into everything, HR is happy with herself and not meant to be an hr, she is only a secretary and comes to dress up and show herself, director will bash u any time, get prepared to be laid off anytime, better to turn down the offer of this company and look for somewhere else. There's no employee benefits or job satisfaction. Disturbs work life balance and restrictions in everything : better to ask for directors permission to inhale before inhaling. Hopeless in all terms. All attributes. The work culture is worst. The owner will scream and try to jump on you with a minimal mistake committed. No proper office comfort. Toilet is total unhygienic. No eating place.

Worst. No time to leave work. No proper work planner. Any work can get priority at any time and then the owners starts screaming for the completion of all work.
