I joined as a result that they need someone who can increase their manpower but after 9 months they told the hiring has been freezed and they don't need me basically. Would suggest not to join as there is no job security. They would hire you full time but you would be treated as contract based employees#fff5e4;">.Salary is average</mark>. For freshers and experienced for sales people salary budget is same...for office job and field job... salary budget is same...people who don't work and are sitting idle whole day are sitting in the company and people who worked are outside...they don't value their employees effort...ceo will brag about employees being a part of itech family but is himself responsible to downsize employees....Read More
