Work life imbalance, too much pressure, no growth in the company, poor management, 2 years bond for freshers.

Work Details

Work life was not at all good as have too much work pressure. Managers give too much work to complete in a same day, too complete the work you have to give extra time to finish and this will happen almost on daily basis. Canteen facility is good.

High job security 👍 Company policies are good and provide good salary and other benefits. Good canteen facility. Health and term insurance is provided by the company. 5 days working.
