Company Leadership is very ambitious and are very supportive to ensure all teams drive together to attain company goals.

Dislikes

Few team members like to play office politics which ruin environment. Also most teams are clueless about their SOP and they don't take any ownership at all.

They always make false commitments, fake promises and I’m working since two years still I haven’t received not even a single appraisal and single incentive. They treat their employees like a labour.

Salary compensation is quite good, it's WFH Job, so you’ll manage well your daily life.

No Policies, No HR, No ethics. If you are a performer be ready to work for 3 more people bcz who are not working they are just sitting idle, with uneven work distribution. No carrier growth. No RnR No learning/education/rewards No Leave Policy is one of the best things about this company. They provide 12 leaves annually and at the end of the year there are 11 days of unpaid shutdown.
