Managers need to grow the bone here...all are management chamcha simply they say I m working for my team and all bulshit stories but when you need them they simply give hand. Continuously Layoff that too with in 15 mins employee are removed. From past 5 years no appraisal happened. No indian holidays overall u will get 6 holidays thatsall. Only chamcha people can survive here...please sit in home if no job but do not join here otherwise life will be completely screwed up....Read More

Holidays - 6 Holidays as per US without any use. At the end of the year they may ask to go on leave. No reimbursement of leaves Variable Pay - You might have to follow them for your variable pay and at the end you may get 30% without giving proper reason. It may delay for 3 months to 6 months Job Security - Do not risk your career. They can ask any of the day to leave by giving 30 minute notice. I ignored the warning from one of my friend. Process - No process everyday it keeps on changing. HR has no control. Special benefits to few employee. Salary - Between 1st to 5th of every month. No double pay on Independence day or any other holidays HR do the wrong commitments and forcing you to join. All high ratings are fake. Only best team is their Local IT team who act very fast in case you have any issues....Read More
