Absolutely nothing is good here. The owner sharad hegde is a big time fraud. He frauds with the employees and with the vendors too by not paying them what they deserve.
Dislikes
It's a big time fraud company guys. They don't pay you will always ask for results results without giving you proper briefing or resources. The owner here has a habit of hiring people and then just before the time of salary he will fire them stating no performance. Be aware of the fraud don't go on the reviews!

Honest review. It's an unorganised setup with max 10 team members. No permanent office space, will ask you to work from 4/5 star properties or co-working spaces which keeps fluctuating. Without induction and training the organization prefers results from day 1 (you heard it right day 1). Absolutely no process and policies in place, no documentation in place, no salary slips nothing. Language and mentality issues. Will make you cry for your salary and then not pay you on the basis of "you have not done anything" it's not just one off case, it can be verified by many ex employees. The other reviews don't seem genuine, do your research well before joining. Please don't go by those 4.9 to 5 star reviews (47 reviews, when the current employee strength is 10 max, really?).
