It was a good experience for me as everyday was a learning period for me, as I got to learn small to small things by observing or my doing mistakes. My seniors were so much supportive, they never overlooked if any issues come. It was my first time experience in that field and it's much worthy to be an intern and to work there.

The only problem I faced that was communication problem as there is only a staff bus from that only I would have to travel or else others mood of communication is not pocket friendly.

The intern days was quite interesting! I struggled a bit because it's 800 beded hospital so it took little time to recognize each departments, I was little confused too! But gradually I learned from my mistakes also my seniors helped me.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
