Except owner and few office staff ( shivaji nagar) other staff behavior like I'm the owner of this company and they threaten you, day manager haven't sense. tell you to go home if you're not doing chamachgiri of day manager Even if you work performance is good. I just want to ask HR department if he have power of to fire any1 then why you're took interview and select candidate. Day manager ko hi usaki chamachgiri karenge uss type wale bande ko hire larane dijiye. Night manager always work like there's war going on. Abuse worker and all people who is below his position. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
