I think to describe how bad this organization ( Agency Department).. 3-4 languages are not enough. Worst of worst... No SOP. No good culture. They do a good business and a market leader in ship brokering. Good people in HRD whom they assist during onboarding and interview process but later never expect the same. Unnecessary stupid meetings they conduct regularly but ultimately HOD decides on and utter waste of time. The support staff like IT, Admin etc are very supportive .
