They do train you and make sure you gain experience and knowledge about all sectors.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

They force you to complete targets and cancel work from home for employees unable to do it. They also make you pay for company lunches and force you to treat the whole team of 30 people to lunch after you’ve made a mistake. Horrible work culture… I quit after struggling for 8 months.
