Nothing to like in Innoviti. I have made few friends in the company.

The basic problem in the company is micro management. The top management think that they know everything and not ready to accept any opinion from the employee. The top management insulting, criticizing and demotivating in front off all staff and many times in meeting with full of people weather its online or offline. The management never appreciate ground level staff not even replying on their Good Mornings. Esppecially Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal. He never talk to any ground level employee or discuss anything. The Innoviti still running with the status of "Start-Up", can you imagine a company running start up since last 20 years and not yet started. Please if you are taking fare opinion then take appropriate action. The HR department is totally under instructions of Amrita Malik and she always shout on the employee even if they made small mistake. They not teaching anyone anything but shouting with top of their voice. In the meeting all keeping quite and not giving any suggestion. The meeting always a one way communication.
